Inventory and Receiving Coordinator
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA 92565
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm
Pay: $23/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately receiving shipments, maintaining inventory records, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring all warehouse data is entered correctly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and experienced with inventory control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Accurately log and track received inventory in company systems.
- Perform routine inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Enter inventory and shipment data with a high level of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Previous inventory counting or inventory control experience.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Experience receiving shipments and maintaining inventory records.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer skills and experience using inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
- Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
